you can schedule your biometric
screening at LabCorp instead.
Eligible employees and spouses can complete their biometric screening in one of three ways.
Schedule an appointment for the onsite biometric health screening, which Drexel hosts annually on campus during the winter term.
Schedule a visit directly with LabCorp. LabCorp visits must be scheduled directly through the Health Advocate Wellness Incentive Program website.
Visit their doctor and ask their physician to fax the completed physician’s form to Health Advocate. This form can be located in the Wellness Incentive Program site by following the instructions below.
This biometric health screening will measure your BMI, Waist Circumference, Glucose Levels, and Cholesterol. When you undertake the biometric health screening, you will be asked if you are fasting or not fasting to ensure the best accuracy of your results. You are not required to fast for the biometric health screening, though it is recommended, when possible.
To schedule your biometric health screening, first visit healthadvocate.com/drexel.
After logging in, you can access the Wellness Incentive Program directly either by clicking on the “Points” box in the upper right or by clicking Well-Being and navigating from the Well-Being menu. From “Well-Being” you can then select “Rewards” at the bottom of the page to visit the Wellness Incentive Program. Then, click on “Biometric Health Screening” under the “Healthy Actions” section in the Wellness Incentive Program. Next, select the option that you prefer and follow the instructions to continue.
If you visit LabCorp, you must print the voucher generated by the site and bring it with you to avoid incurring a fee for this visit. If you select to visit your doctor directly, please call Health Advocate 15 days after your appointment to ensure that your physician has faxed back the completed form. |
