Event Description
Read to Lead Discussion: When Virtue Becomes Vice
Thursday, November 14, 2013 | 6:00pm-7:00pm Greenawalt Student Development Center, Conference Room A Creese Student Center, Lower Level 3210 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA
“Read to Lead” is a leadership book club open to any student, especially student organization leaders, and Drexel faculty, staff and alumni. All discussion participants will receive (1) CEO LEAD credit towards certification.
This month, we’ll be discussing a mad cool psychological article on how a person’s strongest "positive" qualities can sometimes get so intense that they end up being hurtful. We will examine this article and discuss how the principles mentioned can be applied to leadership and group dynamics. This article and discussion should better equip you to mind-hack yourself and those around you. For more information, click here.
