Event Description

Join the Academy after hours for a special edition of Mega-Bad Movie Night held at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute. It’s the same live commentary you love about Mega-Bad Movie Night except in a theater at BMFI!

Run for the hills—it’s Them! Deep in New Mexico’s desert, atomic bomb testing has created a race of giant, man-eating ants! A young James Whitmore stars as small-town Sgt. Ben Peterson who must help the FBI stop the mutant monsters before they take over Los Angeles.

Arrive at 7 p.m. to meet live bugs and sample some bug cuisine if you're feeling adventurous. Enjoy free popcorn courtesy of BMFI as well as free beer from Yards Brewery.
