Diversity and Leadership: WIRED Diversity Training

Event Description
This interactive training introduces a relational-cultural approach (or mutual empowerment approach) to diversity and inclusion that helps to actualize the University's core values of quality, integrity, diversity and access. Topics include: cross-generational, race and ethnicity, disabilities, gender, gender identity, LGBTQIA, religious practices, veteran status, international, lifestyle choices, and power and privilege. The goal is to enhance critical thinking, address ideological tensions and promote connections across differences.
