Have a running resolution for the new year? Join us for "Maximize Your Running Performance," part of a new running lecture series at Drexel's Parkway Health & Wellness.

During this FREE lecture, you will:

-Learn the benefits and pitfalls of running and how to recognize running injuries
-Discover how training strategies, strength programs and running form modification can prevent injuries
-Understand the role nutrition plays in attaining peak performance as well as race recovery

Program Speakers:

The program speakers are Drexel University faculty members who are experts in running injury prevention and management, and sports nutrition:
