Are there things you wish you knew about inter-professional teaching, but weren’t sure where to start? How can an Inter-professional teaching approach deepen the impact of your student’s experience in the classroom? What are the different roles and responsibilities of different members of a successful team? Our panel will share what they learned from the experts of the T3, Train-the-Trainer Inter-professional Team Development Program. This presentation will share with faculty some of the guiding principles of Inter-Professional Education (IPE) that are important to teach across disciplines like understanding and receiving feedback, empathetic listening, identifying team strengths/challenges, facilitating change and understanding culture
