Bio: Jessica S Ancker, MPH, PhD, is an associate professor in the department of healthcare policy and research at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. She applies quantitative and qualitative methods to study the effects of health information technology on cognition, decision-making, and behavior (including health literacy). She also has several quantitative projects evaluating electronic health records from a health services research perspective. She earned her MPH in biostatistics and her PhD in biomedical informatics from Columbia University, where she was a National Library of Medicine fellow. |
