Event Description How to Create Your Future in Property Management – A Dynamic Career in All Economic Times
This panel discussion of industry leaders both nationally and locally is presented by Goodwin College and the Property Management Industry Advisory Board at Drexel University. Panelists will share their experiences in the industry, prospects for future growth, and opportunities in this ever-dynamic profession.
CEL Associates, a leading real estate research firm, indicates that the average age of the typical real estate industry professional is between 40 and 50 years old, and that by 2020, 65% of real estate leaders will retire. With this in mind, the property management field will have an additional 15,000 to 25,000 jobs that will need to be filled in the next decade. This event is an opportunity to learn and ask questions about the field from the “best of the best.”
