Event Description In today’s hyper-competitive environment, organizations that do not change face a high risk of extinction. Change—like company culture shifts, new hires or updated processes and policies— does not occur by itself. To be successful, change needs to be part of a progressive and proven process. Most importantly, this session will cover how it is managed. You will learn how to deal with change in a proactive manner. This will include developing a change strategy which identifies and deals with obstacles that will undoubtedly be encountered. This change management plan will address the technical, people and organization factors necessary to transition an organization. Because change is a continuous process, managing it is a skill set that mid-career employees will certainly put to great use.
