Philadelphia, we've been away too long. And for our grand return, we're celebrating "Painted Bride Quarterly's" 40th birthday. We've building-blocked a lovable lineup of lit and bemusement-minded stallions and stallionesses and heading to the perfect-for-us Underground Arts. Preorder now and commit your Oct. 8th to awesome!
The night will feature four writers reading their own wonderful tales for seven minutes or less, judged by three all-star judges. Two finalists will be chosen to compete in the Literary Death Match finale, a vaguely-literary-game that will steal your affection and make your heart pound.
Cost: $7 pre-order (and for students); $10 at the door This event is 21+
