Event Description
Are you a woman age 40-65 and are worried about weight gain, heart health or menopausal symptoms? Are you interested in learning skills to help you lose weight or prevent weight gain?

 

Join Drexel University’s Project Next Steps! Next Steps is a no-cost treatment program focused on improving healthy behaviors among midlife women. This program is designed to help midlife women lose weight or prevent weight gain by increasing physical activity, improving eating habits and managing stress and mood.
