What is ACT?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an emerging empirically-based psychological intervention of increasing interest in the mental health field. A unique combination of acceptance, mindfulness and CBT, ACT assists clients in developing psychological flexibility while pursuing valued personal goals and outcomes.
Boot Camp is an intensive, four-day long training designed to take persons who are marginally or just somewhat exposed to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT, and to have them be able to begin to apply it by the end of the workshop.
This workshop is led by the founders of ACT, who are premier trainers in their field.
