Event Description
Japanese-born and New York City-based dancer/choreographer Eiko Otake will present her lecture Delicious Movement on October 16th, at 7:00pm in the Mandell Theatre here on campus. This lecture is free and open to the public and will share the philosophy, politics, and practice of Delicious Movement using imagery, technique study, and discussion. Delicious Movement is a theory of learning that employs images, body articulation and floor work to increase skill, awareness, focus, and coordination.
