Josie Pickens, a staff attorney at Community Legal Services (CLS), will share her expertise in utility law. Ms. Pickens will provide practical knowledge and skills on representing utility customers that have service through PECO, Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW), or the Philadelphia Water Department. This Skills Lab will be useful to all law students who will serve clients in Philadelphia through pro bono, clinics, or co-ops. All students are welcome.
