Event Description
Are the police stealing from the people? American Civil Liberties Union Legal Fellow Scott Kelley will give a presentation on Civil Asset Forfeiture in Pennsylvania and on the legislation being prepared to put an end to this abuse of power. Hosted by Drexel American Constitution Society and Criminal Law Society. Lunch will be served.
