Drexel University's Center for Hospitality & Sport Management presents "A Night of Italian Wine & Cheese with Di Bruno Bros." The tasting and talk is a part of Ciao Philadelphia's week long, city-wide celebration of all things Italian.
Taste expert pairings featuring the most talked about Italian cheeses - presented and described by the one and only Emilio Mignucci, third generation owner of Di Bruno Bros. - and hand–selected, obscure, and coveted Italian wines by Fred Magnotta of F. Magnotta Imports. It is a wine and cheese tasting of epic proportion that you do not want to miss. Learn about Italian culture in Philadelphia, the great wine and cheese of Italia, and be entertained by two of the most interesting characters in the industry. It will be a time to remember.
