Event Description

Winston Industries will be hosting an open house in Drexel's Academic Bistro to demonstrate its CVap® Cook and Hold Ovens on October 6 & 7 from 12 pm - 4pm.

Winston is hitting the road with its partners to show how you can dramatically improve speed of service without sacrificing food quality or consistency!  This presentation, featuring overnight cooking and CVap® Staging, will show you how you can stay out of the weeds and turn the tables in your operation.
