The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management's Academic Bistro re-opens for lunch on Thursday, October 15 at Noon. The restaurant offers a unique opportunity to sample cuisine prepared and served by Drexel's culinary and hospitality management students.
The menu consists of three courses with several options available and includes locally sourced products and ingredients from our Bistro Garden. The cost for lunch is $12 with the proceeds going to support the students of the culinary and hospitality programs.
The Academic Bistro will be open for lunch every Thursday during the fall term.
The Academic Bistro accepts cash and Dragon Dollars for lunch service.
