Event Description

Are there conditions in our society that you want to address? Have you thought seriously about working in public service to improve these conditions? Then apply for the Truman Scholarship and become a change agent!

 This session will help juniors planning to graduate in 2018 with an overview of the Truman Scholarship program and application processes. The Truman Scholarship is a highly prestigious national award that recognizes the nation's top undergraduates committed to public service careers. Truman Scholars receive up to $30,000 toward graduate studies. Perhaps more importantly, Truman Scholars have the possibility of summer internships, receive career and professional development, and join a powerful network of Truman Scholar alumni.
