Event Description
Autumn is a time of loss according to both Chinese Medicine and in
popular mythology. As the leaves fall from the trees, we begin to turn inward
and reflect on the past as the light of summer begins to fade.
Join Monica Fauble, Wellness Administrator, Department of Human
Resources, for an overview of how Chinese Medicine’s understanding of autumn can
help you cultivate your capacity to let go of situations, beliefs, and people
that no longer serve you. We will discuss how we can use our individual values to
work and live with greater integrity.
This workshop will feature writing exercises as well as interactive
components, and we will also have time for questions and discussion. Fall into Autumn: Learning to Let Go is
open to all faculty and professional staff. RSVP required. For more
information, please contact Monica Fauble, Wellness Administrator, Department
of Human Resources: mfauble@drexel.edu
