Event Description
Are you familiar with how you and others react during a crucial conversation? Can crucial conversations have productive results? What are some key tools to bring parties of a crucial conversation closer to agreement?

All these questions and more are explored during this 2.5-hour workshop. The session is based on Patterson, Grenny, McMillan, and Swizzler's book Crucial Conversations: Tools for talking when stakes are high.
