Event Description

The 31st Annual AIDS Walk/Run Philly 5K is on Sunday, October 15, 2017.

Advances in treatment and new prevention strategies have now made "getting to zero" — zero new infections, zero deaths, zero stigma — an achievable goal. Getting to zero will require the efforts of the entire community. Please join us and thousands of others committed to getting to zero by participating in AIDS Walk/Run Philly 5K.

We encourage you to join or donate to one of two Drexel teams:

All walkers are encouraged to raise at least $50, which earns you a t-shirt! Please note that runners must donate a minimum of $50 to participate.

The run begins at 7:30 a.m. (check-in at 6:30 a.m.) and the walk kicks off at 9 a.m.

Your participation is critical to increasing awareness, fighting stigma and raising funds to support the most vulnerable people living with HIV disease in the greater Philadelphia region.
