Genomically Informed Therapies and Biomarkers for Pediatric Solid Organs

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:

  • Explain the rationale behind development of genomically targeted therapeutics for pediatric solid tumors
  • Enumerate the pros and cons of targeted DNA sequencing versus whole genome sequencing for clinical application in pediatric oncology
  • Describe the multiple potential utilities of circulating tumor DNA analysis in pediatric solid tumors
