Event Description
The Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) is an administrative functionality for paperless personnel transactions. The EPAFS enable the University to achieve our goal to process personnel actions rapidly, through an electronic approval process, while providing an audit trail of all approval/disapproval history.
This class provides instruction on how to access, complete, and submit the EPAFs. Information on how to track history of transactions and simple troubleshooting of common errors will be included.
Participants must have access to the Electronic Personnel Action Forms (EPAFs) functionality requested and approved prior to attending class. The Access Request form for Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF) and/or On-line Labor Redistribution Form must be completed. The request can be found on the HR Manager Forms page: http://www.drexel.edu/hr/management/forms/duforms/
Enrollment in the class will be closed two days prior to the class date. This is required so that security can be set up in the test system for the participants. |
