Event Description
Are You an Active, Healthy Young Adult?

Project HEALTHY is a Drexel University-based research study that examines the relationships among several health-related behaviors, including eating, physical activity, and weight change, in healthy, active young adults.

What to Expect from Project HEALTHY

Participants will complete online questionnaires, come to Drexel University for one 45-minute study visit, and will wear an activity tracker for 1 week. Participants will receive $50 compensation for completing all study tasks.

How to Get Involved

You may be eligible to participate if you are between the ages of 21-30 years, have consistently exercised or been active (for at least 150 minutes/week) over the past 3 years, have a body mass index between 18.5-24.9, are fluent in English, and do not have a medical condition that significantly impacts your eating, weight, or physical activity.
