BEES Graduate Research Seminar: "Stormwater Control Measures and a Multi-Level Approach to mMonitoring"

Abstract: Stormwater runoff can have a major influence on streamflow and water quality.  A variety of Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) are increasingly being used to capture the rain from storm events. Monitoring is necessary to assess their effectiveness.  Determining the proper type and level of monitoring is dependent upon the goals of the  monitoring effort. This talk will explore a multi-level approach to monitoring SCMs while providing some concrete examples of the equipment used and a case study of monitoring that was performed on Villanova University's campus.
