Event Description
Alison Ventura, PhD, Department of Nutrition, CNHP will discuss "Effects of prolonged and exclusive breastfeeding on specific child health measures"

The Maternal and Child Health Working Group (MCHWG) is excited to offer students interested in Maternal and Child Health (MCH) an opportunity to interact with MCH faculty through discussions of relevant MCH publications.  Journal club facilitators will present highlights of a chosen article and comment on why the topic is important for MCH at this time. An open discussion of the article will follow. 

All participants will be expected to read the article before the meeting to ensure meaningful discussion.
