What Went Wrong At Penn State: A Conversation with Dr. Eric Zillmer - moderated by Dan Baker

Event Description
In this relevant and timely Learning Hour, Director of Drexel Athletics Dr. Eric Zillmer examines some of the issues and circumstances surrounding the recent Penn State scandal and what universities can do to avoid similar situations in the future. Dan Baker, Drexel's Coordinator of Broadcast Relations and the official announcer for the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles, will conduct an in-depth interview with Dr. Zillmer followed by a Q & A session for participants.

Dr. Eric A. Zillmer is the Director of Athletics and Carl R. Pacifico Professor of Neuropsychology at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Now in his 15th year as Director of Athletics, Dr. Zillmer oversees all components of the Athletics Department, which provides recreational opportunities and programming for over 25,000 students and 6,000 faculty and professional staff.

Moderator Dan Baker is Drexel's Coordinator of Broadcast Relations. and has been the voice of the Drexel Dragons for 11th seasons. He is also well known to local sports fans as the longtime public address announcer for both the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles.

This Learning Hour session is open to Drexel faculty and professional staff only.
