Event Description
Parkway Health and Wellness, in collaboration with the Center for Integrated Nutrition & Performance, is offering a diabetes class focusing on nutrition management for those with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. We utilize experts from our University community to teach you how to make healthy lifestyle choices for the management of disease.

Our program will include:
Carbohydrate counting
Management sick days
Glucose management and exercise
Eating out
Heart healthy facts
