Event Description
The Veterans Task Force, Office of Veteran Student Services and Crossroads Hospice will be hosting a Veterans Day Tribute for members of the community to learn more about Veterans Day and show their support for the veterans in their own lives and our Drexel community.
The event will include the following:

Military care package collection - bring toiletries, non-perishable food and other comfort items to be sent to deployed soldiers

Exhibit of artwork completed by student-veterans, which will be displayed in various offices around campus following the event

Wall of Veteran Appreciation display -
Presented by Fraternity and Sorority Life

Dragons United Flag Art display - Presented by Drexel Veterans Association and Public Safety from Family Weekend

Crossroads Hospice information table - including staff and volunteers who support the life journals of veterans
12:30 - 1 p.m.
Formal program including military tradition, patriotic music, inspirational remarks by and in honor of veterans
1 - 1:30 p.m.
Reception including light refreshments and the opportunity to view the displays and exhibits and socialize.
All members of the Drexel community are invited to join us. Participants will receive a free tote bag from the Drexel Veterans Alumni Network.
