Event Description
The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management will be hosting a traditional Thai dinner with the chef owner of Circles Thai and Tuk Tuk Real Alex Boonphaya in the Academic Bistro
The cost of the dinner will be $35.00 per person.
Students from Chef Rich Pepino and Paul O'Neill's Fine Dining class will work alongside chef Boonphaya to prepare and serve an array of traditional Thai dishes that Alex has become well-known for.
