Mark Zuckerberg claims the age of privacy is over. But HuffPo says Facebook’s scorched earth policy towards privacy has created a growing base of disenchanted users that could cause the company to come crashing down.

Meanwhile, the FTC has hired a high-profile digital privacy consultant as its new chief technologist, reinforcing the high priority it places on policing digital tracking and internet privacy.

Join the students of the Drexel Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and expert panelists, Andy Baer and Dina Leytes, for a discussion of how to establish sound data collection and use practices to build trust with users and avoid the long arm of the FTC.
