Event Description
Have you ever heard the term “Constructive Criticism”?  How about “Negative Feedback”?  Get ready to throw these terms in the trash because you’ll never use them again.  This session will help you understand the difference between feedback and criticism, and will provide for all participants concrete tools to help you navigate difficult situations.  The 8 Rules of Good Feedback will be shared, and all participants will be engaged in a hands on activity.
