Event Description

Want to perform at your peak? Do you feel there's a better way to deal with professors, colleagues, peers, or partners? During this hour long program, you will actively explore the dynamics of emotional intelligence and develop a personal action plan to integrating emotional intelligence in daily life. After the program, you will be able to:

  • Define emotional intelligence and how to capitalize on using emotional intelligence to create peak performance
  • Practice and apply proven techniques within the context of enhancing personal emotional intelligence to communicate more effectively
  • Identify your unique profile in regards to emotional intelligence and identify how to be emotionally intelligent
