Craft Beer Culture: COEAA Reception and Tour at Yards Brewing Company

Event Description

Join Drexel alumni for a tour and tasting at Yards Brewing Company — Pennsylvania’s first 100% wind-powered brewery and home of award-winning British-inspired ales. Yards staff will provide tours and Dr. Steven Wrenn, associate professor of chemical engineering, will talk about Drexel’s first brewing class, which was a joint effort between the Departments of Chemical and Biological Engineering and Culinary Arts and Food Science.

Sample some of Yards’s finest brews and and mingle with Drexel graduates over a selection of appetizers. $30 includes two drink tickets and brewery tour at Yards Brewing Company located at 901 N. Delaware Avenue.
