Learn how Drexel researchers are using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to investigate challenges in today's world. The event will include presentations from:
  • Dornsife School of Public Health Urban Health Collaborative: studying the relationship between neighborhoods and health
  • College of Nursing and Health Professions: advancing knowledge to promote optimal health for Philadelphia mothers, children and families
  • Academy of Natural Sciences: Delaware River Watershed Initiative
  • College of Arts and Sciences Biology Department: Modeling the distributions of primates in West Central Africa
  • College of Computing and Informatics: Center for Spatial Analytics and Geocomputation
