Event Description
Mahmoud Amara, PhD, from Qatar University will be speaking about sports and politics and how they impact society in the Arab world. He will specifically be addressing culture, decision making and policy for both women and men. The talk is associated with Bill Rosenberg's course on the Politics of Sport and is part of the University's Global Classroom Initiative.
