Event Description Join the Graduate College and cosponsor, the Graduate Student Association (GSA), for the next Coffee Hour Seminar Series workshop on "Preventing Escalation with Conflict Resolution Skills" Friday, November 9th 12-1:30pm in the Graduate Student Lounge on the lower level of the Main Building (3141 Chestnut Street).
Facilitated by: Jesse Krohn, MSEd, J.D. Associate Director, Education and Prevention Deputy Title IX Coordinator Office of Equality and Diversity Drexel University
The workshop help graduate students:
- Identify sources of conflict
- Reframe negative pre-conceptions of conflict and confrontation
- Develop skills for confronting conflict directly
- Understand the role of conflict coaching and mediation and identify related resources
- Work through common scenarios Identify sources of conflict
The workshop will be webcast live and recorded for later viewing via YouTube.
Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
