November Scholars Share: Conversations on Graduate Student Research

Event Description
Join the Graduate College and the Graduate Student Association (GSA) for our monthly Scholars Share program (formerly Books & Bagels).
 
This program includes lunch and will feature student researchers presenting a brief 15-20 minute overview of their research project(s) and talk about their graduate experiences in an interdisciplinary context, touching on the challenges, benefits, successes and implications of their work. The presentations are then followed by audience Q&A and discussion led by a faculty moderator.
 
November's program will feature the following students/topics:
  • Personal Health Information Management from Activity Trackers - Yuanyuan Feng, PhD Candidate, College of Computing & Informatics (Information Studies)
  • Machine Learning in an Evolving Domain - Zhengqiao Zhao, PhD Candidate, College of Engineering (Electrical and Computer Engineering)
