Event Description

The purpose of this program is to ensure that Drexel University managers know how to correctly identify and address employee performance issues through the University’s Performance Improvement Process, so that they are able to effectively respond to these issues.

This session is open to anyone, and counts as an elective for the Supervisory Certificate Program.
