Event Description Drexel’s College of Computing & Informatics Celebrates National Computer Science Education Week
Joining hundreds of educational institutions across the nation, Drexel University and the College of Computing & Informatics (CCI) are continuing the effort to raise awareness of the vital role computer science education holds in society during its sixth annual celebration of National Computer Science Education Week: http://csedweek.org/
CCI and its student organizations will host a variety of events November 18-22, 2013 to educate Drexel and surrounding communities on the importance of computing and its need in early education.

Computer Programming Competition
Rush Building, Room 014 30 N. 33rd Street Philadelphia, PA 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
The Math and Computer Science (MCS) Society hosts a special programming competition during Drexel’s celebration of National Computer Science Education Week. In this competition, each team shares one PC and develops solutions as quickly and accurately as possible for a set of problems. The team that solves the most problems correctly will win a prize.
