Stan Silverman (’69, ’74) is Vice Chairman of Drexel
University’s Board of Trustees. He is an accomplished speaker, advisor, thought-leader, and nationally syndicated writer on leadership, entrepreneurship, and corporate governance for the Philadelphia Business Journal and 42 sister publications across the US. He also the former
Chairman of the Board of Drexel University’s College of Medicine and has served in board positions for numerous public, private, and non-profit companies and organizations. Silverman is the former President and CEO for PQ Corporation and is the Founder and CEO of Silverman Leadership. Mr. Silverman earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Chemical Engineering and MBA from Drexel University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management program.
