Event Description
This workshop, sponsored by the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and led by student lawyers, will provide startup owner about problems that can arise between co-founders and how a founders agreement can address them in advance.
 
We'll consider vesting, equity splits, deadlock resolution mechanisms and more.
