Richard McCourt, Professor, Department of Biodiversity, Earth & Enviornmental Science; Curator of Botany, Director of the Center for the Systematic Biology and Evolution, Academy of Natural Sciences will lead the next Pedagogical Happy Hour talk. He will discuss the use of natural history collections in education and the potential for future collaborations with the Academy of Natural Sciences.

This event is open to Drexel Faculty and Staff. In addition, students who have completed PROFESS GRAD 511: Foundations of Evidence-Based STEM Pedagogy, are welcomed to attend.

The CASTLE Pedagogical Happy Hour is a monthly program hosted by the Center for the Advancement of STEM Teaching and Learning Excellence (CASTLE) and sponsored by a grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI).The event offers a casual environment for faculty to share ideas about STEM teaching and learning while enjoying refreshments.
