Event Description
Not sure where to start? This is the workshop for you! Come join our trainers on the first Tuesday of every month for the fall term for an introduction to fitness. Learn the floor layout, where to locate the services that interest you, and how to get started with an exercise routine. During this workshop you will have access to a certified personal trainer to ask them any health and fitness questions you may have such as:
What do I wear?
How often should I exercise?
Which exercises are right for me?
How can I reach my fitness goals?
