Event Description
The Kline School of Law's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic is offering a workshop that will explain how the cap table tells the story of the ownership of your company. Make sure you have a clean story to tell to future investors. Come learn how to manage your equity like a pro.
 
The workshop will be led by:
  • Jeffrey Bodle of Morgan Lewis
  • Justin Watkins of Drinker Biddle
  • Student lawyers
The workshop, sponsored by Morgan Lewis and Drinker Biddle, is free but registration is required.
