Healthy Bites: Smart Snacks
Start Date: 12/5/2017Start Time: 12:00 PM
End Date: 12/5/2017End Time: 2:00 PM

Event Description

The Healthy Bites series offers samples of both healthy foods and nutrition information.  The Smart Snacks program provides samples of a variety of individually packaged, lower fat, lower calorie snacks.  These snacks offer great energy to enable students to stay focused during the stressful time of finals.  The Drexel Campus Dining Registered Dietitian will be available to answer questions and provide nutritional insight.

Healthy for Life is Drexel Campus Dining’s commitment to improve health and well-being by empowering those served to live healthier lives. Through Healthy for Life, not only are healthier menu items provided, but Drexel Campus Dining works to truly enable, educate, engage, and encourage our community to be involved and help create a healthier environment.  This is made possible by providing clear nutrition menu labeling, providing educational materials throughout dining locations on campus, and allowing student access to a Registered Dietitian with any questions or concerns he or she may have.
