Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity participants will be able to discuss strategies to cope in times of uncertainty to build resilience, define critical communication and build skills in conflict resolution.

Target Audience
This medical education faculty development day is geared toward teaching, research and clinical faculty of Drexel University College of Medicine.
