Steven Rosenzweig, MD, clinical associate professor of emergency medicine, and director of the Program in Professionalism, Bioethics and Humanities within the Office of Educational Affairs

About the Event
Over three decades of research has shown that mindfulness practices lower anxiety, improve mood, reduce stress-related physical symptoms and reverse physician burnout.

This experiential presentation will:

  • Explain mindfulness and its practical applications
  • Teach three brief mindfulness practices that can be used on the spot during any day

Resources for next steps and ongoing learning will also be provided.
