Event Description
Michael Bertin, partner at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP will speak about emerging family law issues including divorce and child custody.
 
Bertin is the immediate past chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the co-chair of its Custody Committee. Mr. Bertin, has written extensively on Pennsylvania child custody law.
 
The event is hosted by the Drexel University School of Law Family Law Society.
